R&D unit in Shayan Sanat has been able to design and convert diaphragm & helix springs into 3D models when needed, using the code available in the design software, and After performing the necessary tests and analysis, proceed with the production order.
Shayan Sanat engineering unit as a designer of disc and clutch plate for domestic and foreign cars, in the first phase individually modeled and analyzed the clutch parts and then assembled them for final inspection in the second phase. And prototyping if needed.

Analyzing software’s (ABAQUS & AutoForm):
Shayan Sanat R&D Unit performs thermal analysis and tension analysis in ABAQUS software based on Von Mises standard.
Using AutoForm software, to analyze the behavior of steel sheets in different designs and materials and determine the amount of spring back sheets in different parts of the piece. Including these, the die designs would be done very accurate and improve design costs and accuracy.

Designing with MATLAB:
Shayan Sanat Clutch Manufacturing R&D Unit has now been able to obtain the power and performance outputs of the clutch with the help of gearbox and engine data by modeling and designing the clutch in MATLAB software. Now, this software will be a strong criterion for future product design. Also, many functional improvements have been made to pre-manufactured products, each of which enhances the quality, efficiency, and performance of the clutch kits
